Shipping Policies
Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. All orders during the holiday season will experience delays beyond our control. Once the package leaves our hands, shipping length is 2-7 days for all orders within the United States for Standard/Economy shipping methods.
If your package shows delivered and you cannot locate it, please contact your shipping carrier ASAP, or local post office. Check with neighbors and all entryways for package. We are not responsible for Lost/Stolen packages.

Customs and Duties
Shop Azizah does NOT charge any duties or taxes for international orders. Please note that orders may be subject to import VAT or customs duty.
These charges are calculated by border force patrol within your receiving country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot provide you any estimations on pricing or guarantees. We are unable to waive or reduce these fees. Customers are advised to check with their local border force patrol for more details.
Return Policies
For the safety and cleanliness of our customers, we do not accept returns or refunds at this time. If your product arrives damaged please email or chat with us as soon as possible so we can look into the matter further.
If you have NOT received your package and it is marked delivered, please contact your shipping carrier as soon as possible, check all entryways and with neighbors. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages and advise that you file a claim with your shipping carrier as soon as you notice your package is missing.
